machineries and technology in both the operation has been chosen
in such a way so that it can produce world-class quality product,
at
reasonable cost. Continuous up gradation of machineries, training
of workers, very efficient raw material procurement and a team
of
professional managers are helping the company to provide very
consistent quality. |

SPINNING
PLANT:

The
spinning plant consists of five mills.
The first mill has 24,408 ring spindles.
It produces TR (65/35), 100%
Rayon and 100% Acrylic spliced yarns in count range Ne 16 to
Ne 40,
and also doubled yarns on TWO-FOR-ONE TWISTERS.
The second mill has 44,868 ring spindles and 720 airjet spinning
positions.
It produces TC (65/35) and CVC (40/60) spliced yarns in count
range
Ne 16 - Ne 50, and also doubled yarns on TWO-FOR-ONE TWISTERS.
The third mill has 2,632 rotors with yarn clearers and automatic
yarn
piecers. It produces 100% carded cotton yarns of count Ne 7
- Ne 20.
The fourth mill has 43,968 spindles. It produces 100% combed
cotton
spliced yarns of count Ne 20 - Ne 80. |

fifth mill has 6,720 ring spindles. It produces TR (65/35)
and |
| 100%
polyester yarns. |

| WEAVING
PLANT: |

The
weaving plant with airjet, rapier and shuttle looms produce
TC, TR
and 100% carded and combed cotton grey fabrics (POPLIN, TWILL,
BROAD CLOTH etc.). The company plans to replace narrow width
shuttle looms by wider width shuttleless looms (up to 153").
The weaving plant consists of
AIRJET LOOMS 170-190 CM - 160 LOOMS
EXTRA WIDE 280 CM UP TO 360 CM - 72 LOOMS
SHUTTLE LOOM 90 LOOMS |

The
machinery used in spinning and weaving plants is from worlds
leading manufacturers of textile machinery. The plant has a
well-equipped
modern testing laboratory to ensure total process control from
raw
materials to final products. The plants are operating at high
efficiency,
and quality of products is comparable to top class mills in
world markets.

(staff and workers) and continuous upgrading of machinery and
